Pros
This is a great company to work for if you’re looking for a long term job/career. Training is intense and lasts a while to ensure you’re ready to work on your own. The office is SO COOL AND FANCY. Kitchen is stocked with coffee and creamer, snacks, they always surprise you with breakfast randomly during the week. They have fun games when it’s slow. We do lots of secret Santa type baskets throughout the year. OT is always offered. Management is very understanding with life and kids and always willing to work around things. Management is also full of genuine amazing people who want to see you succeed both at work and in your life and will help you with both! The company is overall a fantastic company to work for in the office and the ones who are on here saying otherwise are those that are upset we came back into office full time. That does kind of suck but they have made the transition as smoothe as possible and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable while at work and you will not find another call center type job that is this way.
Cons
Of course there are normal cons like any call center that’s full of women but that only is really a con if you don’t mind your business and put yourself in the mix.
