Baird is a great company to work for. Culture is dependent on which office you're in.
Cons
Compensation is a combination of Baird base pay and team revenue sharing, therefore is variable. AFA is a newer role to Baird so operates in the gray a lot. They probably need a pay floor in place and a program to help AFAs develop.
