      Pros

      I love working for Badger Meter! The leadership team is very forward thinking with a clear plan for the future. As a female, it's great to see multiple females in our VP roles. The size of our company (~1,600 employees) allows employees to really make a strong impact at the organization, while still having a lot of room to grow. I love the challenging, but rewarding work environment. The company has a strong focus on talent development, and offers tuition reimbursement and continuing education.

      Cons

      I'm only about 6 months into the company, but so far, I'm loving the organization.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
