Work from home is nice. No real headquarters in the US although other countries do have offices.

Company struggling and under intense pressure from investors who are saddled with a 5 separate companies and NO plan for most of them. Upper management is inaccessible and sales mentality is like a timeshare con man. No concern for the customer and their experience and a ton of competition among the different units.
