Pros
Surprisingly sane and reasonable for a Silicon Valley company. Still fairly small and founder-run/founder-owned, but profitable and stable. After lots of issues, they've changed health insurance companies for 2018. So far, much much better. Unlimited vacation is always a double-edged sword, and they could be better about encouraging people to take a reasonable amount, but I've never had a vacation request denied or even questioned. Parking does suck, but on the flipside it's near Caltrain and has a ton of great restaurants within about a 3-block radius.
Cons
The company sells a low-cost service and doesn't have piles of VC money. This means sometimes stuff is done the cheap way instead of the low-hassle way. They're not afraid of spending money if it's really needed, but between "expensive" and "kind of a hassle" they'll usually choose the latter.
