Backbase is always improving and expanding our product features and tech stack to be Best of Breed. We have talented people, and we work well together while also having great fun! Backbase has competitive salaries, great benefits, and a supportive Management Team and colleagues. It truly is a great place to work.
Cons
On occasion the work allocation may require some long hours, but I think that is expected (within reason) in our industry. Backbase does a good job of recognizing an overallocation and makes adjustments as needed We have also experienced some growing pains in the US/North America region, that have required some internal reorganizing, but again this is expected when a company is successful and growing.
