Pros
- good for high schoolers, college students, older people looking for a seasonal job - co workers and other employees help you learn and are open to answering questions and helping - good at training to do things, often people are well trained here and get taken by other better paying opportunity jobs
Cons
- managers make you feel bad for asking for help - VERY unstable hours !! one month you’re offered 30+ hours then a few months later you’re given at most 5-10 hours if you’re lucky. - low pay for the work you do - can be very hard work, fast paced one second and slow paced the next second - super slow when it’s not christmas time / summer plants time - managers quit or are transferred a lot. you can’t trust to constantly have a manager or keep the connection you have with one -employees are basically either highschool / college aged or way older
