Pros
Depending on the department, some of the business leaders and teams are great. Super caring, helpful, and overall a pleasant day-to-day experience. Benefits are descent, at least for now.
Cons
Corporate pay is WAY under market value. Limited or no growth potential. No bonuses. Minuscule raises. Roles don’t get backfilled, existing employees take on more work and don’t get paid for it, so they burnout, quit, and the cycle continues. Employees are spread too thin to care about doing quality work. Executives refuse to make changes at the pace that would be required to keep up with the world. Overall, mediocrity thrives here.
