      After 2years i can honestly say that there is absolutely no Pro to working here at all!

      Cons

      1. Start out pay is the lowest in the community 2. No raises for anyone since the doors have been opened 3. No room to advance at all due to BWI wanting to be bought out by end of July 4. Management is the WORST 5. No training for operators and bare minimum for anyone else.

      One pro. Free breakfast on Friday and even then its a biscuit from McDonalds

      Cons

      The pay is the worst in town. The benefits are the highest in town. You are basically working to pay for the benefits. Single health insurance is $480 per month.
