Pros
Good levels of pay. Staff are very friendly. Shifts are known months in advance and not weekly. You are treated as an individual and not a number. If you can handle call centre work, this is one of the best I have worked for.
Cons
Answering calls across 5 brands can be challenging. It means you don't get much movement away from your desk.
