      Pros

      Working for them was great, I have my own projects that I am directly accountable for.

      Cons

      Very slow times, very fast times. You could stay weeks without a project, then all of a sudden a complex project is due within a week.

      Pros

      Coffee machine is kinda good.

      Cons

      BUT Dubai is like a private club being managed by 2 people. The main guy who manages the Dubai office and his girlfriend. The most toxic place you will ever see. The girlfriend controls the guy like a puppet and makes him fire anyone who is not a sycophant. The guy is so weak and lacks people skills and has managed to keep his place in the co. by keeping few key clients under his control who can only talk to him. The management in Belgium can’t do anything because of the same. The girlfriend on the other hand is super insecure and projects the same on others by yelling and screaming. It’s a terrible place with no growth.
