Pros
The other team members are super nice, everyone gets along well/is friendly. This place used to be great to work at but the management is so bad i wouldn't recommend it at all. When i started working there years ago it was easy to get the job as the interview was just a trial shift.
Cons
The management is atrocious. manager gets replaced frequently, sometimes there's no manager at all. Most recent manager is completely incompetent, rude and has blatant favouritism to males. Fired all staff of the same ethnic background so...quite suspicious. Fired half of the staff for no sensible reason with no warning, ignores private messages. Hours for staff will be reduced drastically with no warning whatsoever. It used to be good for part time staff as it was flexible but due to poor management team, it's horrible since you'll probably get fired if you can't work and ask for cover. (as dumb as that is)
