      Pros

      Wonderful and helpful colleagues, flexible schedules, team building events, such as happy hours, Birthday parties, quarterly outings, etc. Coworkers are super nice. Flexible work schedule but have to work overtime sometimes

      Cons

      They should take employees out for dinners :)

      Pros

      I was contacted through recruiter for the UI/UX Designer role---During my stay at Btech Group I learned a lot with great experience and made solid earning. Team is determined on results and leadership is very accessible. They are very professional in followups and are very helping in finding a best role for you according to your skill set.

      Cons

      They are mid size consulting firm and does not have benefits like bigger employers but still decent perks in Chicago.
