      Pros

      Some of the people. They were the only reason I stayed for so long.

      Cons

      Management - bullies, rude, did not accept any responsibility, no support, used others as scapegoats. Poor pay, no benefits, being on call even though on annual leave. No thanks, perks, the list goes on

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues who want each other to succeed. Diversity of client projects. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some of the work was bottom of the totem pole type stuff, but that's typical for an intern.
