Pros
Was one of the best places for me to grow as a software developer. It is the company where I learned Java and professional software development at a very high standard, surrounded by people who genuinely care about quality, teamwork, and each other. The environment is very professional, but also human. People are passionate about what they do, open to sharing knowledge, and willing to support others. I had the chance to learn from strong engineers and experienced colleagues who helped me understand not only how to write code, but how to build software properly. What I appreciated a lot was the investment in people. The company supports learning, development, and growth, and you can really feel that employees are valued. It is also an inclusive and diverse workplace, where different people and perspectives are respected. A company with high technical standards, strong engineering culture, and people you can truly learn from.

As in any company, there can be challenging periods or complex projects, but overall these were also good learning opportunities.
