Pros
1) Work Life Balance is there. 2) You might get chance to work on new Technology again it depends on manager 3) Job security will be there.
Cons
1) All project are vendor based project 80 percent or more things will be deliverd by Vendors. 2) BT managers just want to keep one technical team in BT they don't even bother about wether BT Fts(Full Time Employee) got proper KT or not and they keep on forcing to learn everything by there self which will never be possible. 3) Sometime they will commit the business to deliver the things with out asking from Employee and force them very badly to deliver. 4) They had stopped all the outings like resort visit and all. 5) Reorganization phase is going on so many peoples are leaving 6)Very less chance of growth(Promotion )
