Pros
Easy to get in as a fresher and if you don't have much expectations on your first salary. That's all.
Cons
- They look down on frontend development and frontend developers. Everyone from the TL to the project directors are backend developers who'd hardly care of recognize your work as a frontend developer. - No room for growth for anybody who gains more than 3/4 years of experience here. - The company is run by old people with fragile egos and a sense of I've seen it all. It takes strong mental prowess rather than skil to survive here. - If you don't leave the company after a few years, they'll do everything they can to make sure you quit on your own, Because a fresher is better than you anyday. No talented senior developers here. - The company hasn't taken out their employees on a single outing since covid. The only time you'll ever go on a team lunch is when someone takes you out on thier LWD or when the client is kind enough to take you out. - Well, I give up cause the list goes on.
