      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Only rarely I had to work long hours. Working atmosphere was very friendly. While working there I had an opportunity to work with latest telecommunication technologies.

      Cons

      Compensation was below average at the time. However, to be fair, company was not doing so well, which was one of the reasons I left. Apparently this changed.

      People are very friendly and helpful, like family. Opportunity to work with latest technology and on interesting projects.

      Cons

      Projects sometimes overlaps with another one.
