      Values, work conditions, challenge and liberty

      Cons

      It's so hard to achieve anything. The company is too big and the gears are not well oiled. It takes me 6 months to accomish something I could do in 2 hours by myself. I have to become a politician

      Short lead times to work on complex projects. Lack of procedures or standard works. Extended periods outside on hot or cold places to gather the data required for any new project.
