Everyone I worked with was welcoming and answered any question I had. This was the first job I ever had and they were open with what I could improve on while encouraging me to keep doing my best. It sounds so sunshine and rainbows but it was truly an amazing experience.

Working during BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn can be overwhelming. It's a lot happening at once and can feel like chaos. Don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help.

Everyone in the office is down to earth and friendly. A great company with a good mission (very neighbourhood oriented).

Pay is very bad. In the curatorial department there was little to no room for growth.
