Human Resources really seems to care about the employees and takes the time to make sure new hires understand all the positives the company has to offer. They do a great job explaining things and making sure you feel welcomed from the start. So far, my training has been excellent and very thorough. I feel comfortable asking any questions I have, and my team takes the time to answer them and make sure everything is clear. Overall, the onboarding and training process has been a very positive experience.

I have no cons as of now.

There is a lot of flexibility on start and end times, with the requirement of definitely working from 11-4pm edt. It is 7 hour work days with hour lunch, and we get off an hour early the day before a company holiday

I wish pay was better, but we are a small company with big shoes, so it is to be expected
