Don't Waste your Time - Anonymous employee BPTP Limited Employee Review

Please dont waste your time, energy and effort in applying to this company for a Job. They are hiring on a continuous basis but do not pay salaries for upto 3 months and in some cases 5 months. The timings are 10 am to 7 pm and they use biometrics that are linked to your salary ( Which anyway they dont pay). You have to beg HR or your manager to release even one month of salary. Further there is no fixed time on when the salary will arrive but you still have to punch in and out to atleast qualify for it.
