Cons
In regards to Growth within the company that they pour heavily on, YES you can get promoted and make a lot of money but time frames that they state are not accurate as they show you. IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOU. This company is really made for the few people who are hungry, persistent, and don't give up. You can either be making nothing a day or come home with a decent pay when you first start, if you stick around and go through those lows and highs you can make a lot of money.
Now regards to pay, you can either be make NOTHING a day or you can come home with a decent amount. Job is not consistent and is really meant for really hungry people that can take sacrifices and stick in there to potentially make a lot of money which is only when your in management.
