Lower pay than most in the industry. A 1% raise for an excellent job is just insulting. Technology management is clueless and psychopathic. They DO NOT CARE about you as a person. You will be worked until you burn out and/or leave. Upper management has been inventing jobs to bring their buddies into the company, yet won't spend the money to hire people who are actually needed to do the work because they don't have the budget.
