      No pros that I can think off

      Cons

      It is chaotic. US doesn't want to hire anybody for Ireland offices and are forcing us to use AI at all costs. They have the teams with bear minimum people and are paying them lower than the market. They are taking advantage of the very few people who survive in the team. Bonus and salary increase is a joke, not performance related at all
