They do try to set bars for each manager to follow.

As a mother of 2 teens on foods stamps and struggling to pay for food, car payment, insurance. You name it we was on hard times, I always had to work long hours with low pay at other jobs. I went with no child support. I started Mau and worked my way to being hired and being BMW. Yes there things to complain about as with all companies. Even the president of the United States has work issues. I can truly tell you without this job, my life never would have had the money to get off of Government help and drive a 85,000 car with insurance paid. Or even to get bonuses to go on great vacations. My health insurance for my teen who needs drs care over him for health reasons is the greatest blessing. Yes you can complain, but the fact your life is better because of you and not everyone else paying for you is a blessing. As with all things in a global market you have to work hard to keep up with the world. That’s why BMW stays in motion, if we slow down and get pampered, these jobs can go to harder working non complaining areas. That’s something people forget. There is lots of over time for when the builds get behind because each car made is already paid for and has to be made to get to customer. Which allows us to be profitable and get bonuses. Problem is with the high turn over many people leave before it can level out with enough employees to make it better for all. So all the reviews of people complaining are some of the turn over who help continue the overtime they complain about :/. The reason why management is hard pushed to keep goals is to make sure in a fast market BMW keeps up to continue the stability of income for families that work there. It’s very hard to see so many people complain about things others pray to have. Hours to work and make money. So sadly the cons are long hours but much needed.
