Pros
- Good work culture with other co-workers - Meet many interesting people while driving them home - Had lots of independence -Acquired detailing skill set
Cons
- Lack of management- I didn't have a manager to speak to for many months and several managers only lasted a few weeks - Wasn't paid many hours of overtime - Bad working conditions when it heat waves - Poor detailing setup to wash cars properly and safely
