Management are so bottom line centric they've forgotten the staff. They keep setting unrealistic targets and blame the staff for not achieving them though the Australian business units have done pretty well. Mass exodus from the Perth office in the last 12 months and more likely to go. Better pay and security elsewhere. Workplace conditions are deteriorating with the staff losses.
