Good company to gain experience in recruitment and sales training in general. Good payers and commission structure.
Cons
Not great at addressing problems in the team such as toxic behaviours, they tend to promote from within and not necessarily promote an inclusive culture. Tends to be grads brought in and fast tracked to management via performance.
