      Incredible bunch of people - on site and at the office Plenty of opportunities available for learning and development Exposure to different aspects of project delivery, which is a great learning experience for new engineers joining the industry Experienced, skilled and knowledgeable team that is always willing to help

      Can get stressful at times however there’s always help and assistance available Salaries can be in the mid range

      Pros

      The work culture is supportive; however, the senior staff is very hard to reach due to a busy schedule. Even the managers who are allocated do not guide well. The manager will hand you over to the other team and let them know what to do next. With no KPI's mentioned or any clear directive on how the performance will be judged.

      Cons

      Will end your employment without any prior notice or any advice during the probation on how to improve or where the problem is coming. They will simply judge you from the backseat with any review of the performance for the first 6 months.
