Toxic Company Culture - Risk Consultant BKCW Insurance, Risk Management & Benefits Employee Review

This company has an extremely toxic company culture. Leads for new accounts are given to those that are close to upper management. They are a typical good old boys club (although they act oblivious to this although its been brought to their attention by multiple people) and there is a reason that no female producers stay. The entire producer comission/meeting structure is ridiculous and not typical. No support whatsoever, and your opinion isn't valued unless you are close to upper management.
