BJG Electronics was a great place to work. Hate to see all the changes with the new company

Since the acquisitions there is a lot of changes and lack of accountability

Very happy in my time at BJG, I have had a really great experience in my 9 years. Management is very supportive and works to help provide growth. I miss the old days prior to acquisition but have had little impact to my role. Hopefully will continue to go this route as I really love it here.

I don’t have any real cons, I just miss the small family business vibe
