Pros
Fun work environment. If you're interested in relocating they take great care of you during your move and give you lots of opportunities to assist with new restaurant openings.
Cons
No support, long hours, what you are told at hiring and what is real are two different things. You are suppose to have 2 consecutive days off, there were weeks I worked all 7. You are suppose to do 50 hour work weeks, I did 60+ every week. The managers above you are never held accountable and use the managers below them to do everything and work all the shifts they don't want to. The pressure and chaos is exhausting. It's is 100% not worth the money. There are much better jobs, that pay well and do not take years off your life due to stress and unhappiness. I was miserable working there, I didn't even realize how miserable until I left and found somewhere much better.
