Cons make sense if there are any pros. You'd be lost in the sheer amount of incredulously shallow and pathetic excuse of a company it is - that includes the culture, policies, strategic decisions, hiring, team structures. Worse still, if you do still try to work, given the pathetic level of skills and experience everyone senior has, you'd feel that you're doing well off - just like a frog in a well (or whatever the idiom is).
