Staff receives plenty of training prior to performing any tasks. The new staff will shadow a senior tech/nurse until you feel comfortable to work on your own.The staff is friendly, helpful and work as a team. The COO always takes the time to listen to concerns, or suggestions and is open to new ideas and concepts. If you are new to research, they are willing to train you, it all depends on your own input. The facility is beautiful, state of the art.

Maybe no hours for per diem employees when the company is not too busy. I haven't had any bad experiences with the company. Proud to be part of Biotrial Newark.

This is a very unhappy with a high level of stress place to work for. This place is disorganized and missing structure. The company’s foreign management is disrespectful and unprofessional. They aren't supportive of their staff and create an unpleasant work environment for employees. The managers exhibits a lack of ethical behavior and lacking understanding of local (American) mentality and professional conduct. There is a high professional turnover. This company doesn’t have proper staffing levels. Supportive staff is inexperienced, unskilled and uneducated. Additionally, company does not offer 401K, health insurance is mediocre and does not cover most of the prescription medication nor any of the preventive care visits, therefore majority of employees are not covered under the offered health insurance. Compensation is on the lower side.
