The people are great to work with, the product is revolutionary and life changing.
Cons
No room for advancement in the sales org, the product takes a high level of servicing in which the company cannot handle. They are just racing quarter to quarter to make the stock price look good rather than focus on long term success. They treat their best talent as disposable items on a budget sheet.
