The leadership team is top heavy, uncoordinated and all over the place. You can feel the tension. No sales strategy or direction. What's the plan? There is no sales leadership. The COO is trying to manage a sales team and has zero sales experience - what a mess! There is a constant "Flavor of the Day" strategy. They can't stick to any one plan.
