      The team at BIGfish is incredible and very focused on providing their employees' opportunities to grow and learn. The leadership team is very transparent with their staff in terms of goals, how to improve, and where their career is going. The client mix keeps things fun and fresh, and the work is rewarding.

      Nothing that I'd recommend changing!

      Pros

      This was the first internship where I actually felt valued as an intern and not just a college student to get free labor. This is the second agency I've interned at and I can honestly say that I walked away having learned. Everyone on the team was really nice and inclusive. It was also my first paid internship which was really nice also.
