Pros

Memories are all i can see as positives. Most of the people i once enjoyed working Wwith have left due to same reasons as me - the Italian poor behaviors and micro management

Cons

Dictatorial fascist rude unpleasant subsidiary managers from Italy who think yelling at people is a form of leadership. Micro management from Italy Do not understand importance of THE relationship with a customer Treat technicians appallingly ... like second rate (unless they are Italian in which case stupid is applauded)

Pros

Working at Biesse has been an incredible experience. The benefits package is comprehensive, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. The team is collaborative and supportive, making it easy to share ideas and feel valued. Management is open to feedback and encourages innovation, which makes the workplace dynamic and engaging. The flexible work arrangements, such as remote options and adjustable hours, have been a game-changer for maintaining work-life balance. Overall, it's a fantastic place to grow professionally while feeling appreciated.

Cons

The company has made commendable efforts to drive change, showcasing promising initiatives that have the potential to bring meaningful progress. While there are opportunities to strengthen follow-through and foster greater interdepartmental collaboration, these areas of improvement highlight the company's dedication to evolving and growing.

Pros

The single pro to working for Biesse is that it’s a job and beats unemployment

Cons

-There are zero opportunities to advance yourself from a career perspective. -Training is lazy, everything is left up to online modules. -The service support team is full of burnt out individuals that take their lack of happiness out on those who seek answers/assistance. -Management is spineless, the customer comes before the technician every single time, even when customers pencil whip documents and effect installation/service windows -The salary is meager, raises are insulting. -They will not tell you about your deficiencies until it’s too late, how can you grow when you are given no feedback?
