Disappointing - Anonymous employee BHDP Architecture Employee Review

There’s a lack of support and structure wasting very talented employees. It’s been some time since we have had an HR manager. There are real HR issues in the company that has been ignored and needs to be addressed. I feel my efforts and opportunity here is a waste if change doesn’t happen. I feel leadership isn’t willing to recognize there’s a problem.
