Terrible Upper Management in Arizona - Anonymous employee BH Management Services Employee Review

The team was very supportive. The pay and benefits were somewhat above the market level.

I do not have any cons to focus on.

Remote work. Pay is average to slightly above average. If you have a good team, it can be enjoyable. DEI seems ti actually be cared about

The executive leadership. This crew made BH grow and become great things. Then they bought their own hype. Now that BH has a parent company, it is painfully obvious how these leaders let BH become an ego project for them decisions were not made for the betterment of the company. They were made to give even more perks to the chiefs and their friends. You would be hard pressed to find a chief who hasnt hired some of their family or long time friends. If you are not in the in crowd, you will be questioned about a $5 charge, and likely they wont even approve it. If you are in the in crowd, your company card becomes a personal card. There is a reason BH isnt boasting about their best places to work awards. It's because they stopped getting them. Those at the top and in the in crowd love it. Everyone else feels the caste system.
