Pros
Flexible working, good colleagues , internal promotion opportunities, health insurance.
Cons
Lower than average salaries, too many process changes and high staff turnover. Very difficult to keep up with the constant changes implemented by senior leaders, along with an unmanageable workload due to chronic staff shortages. Company used to focus on up-skilling, develpment and knowledge retention but is moving increasingly towards a call centre/ticketing system which is highly automated and impersonal.
