Pros
Good working from home choices even before covid 19 started. Reasonably understanding of family circumstances. Colleagues at generally nice. Lovely spacious offices with fixed desks (not hot desking). There is a lot to do.
Cons
There is one particular department which is a problem area, I cannot name it as its a small department and nobody stays there for more than 2 years at the most, some have gone in less than a year. Perms and temps just go after they realise what they got themselves into. This toxicity comes from the person at the top of this department, nice and professional at times but really horrible at other times and that person will just make false accusations and complaints against you. Always makes a big meal out of small issues and frankly, it's like being in a controlling, abusive relationship. People in that department just leave without saying anything and there is no continuity whatsover.
