- Staff - Military Members - training had improved - OJT had improved
Cons
- ever changing work instructions during APS - heavy workload - working through lunch and overtime work regularily - hard to get your voice heard by the senior management - lack of ability to grow within company - I felt working under Royal LePage Relocations was way better
