My experience at Betsoftware was unfortunately very negative. The work environment is highly toxic, driven by extreme micromanagement rather than trust or accountability. Management style relies heavily on intimidation—team members are bullied in meetings and implicitly or explicitly threatened when they try to speak up or challenge decisions.
There is clear favouritism within management. Promotions and opportunities appear to be based on personal relationships rather than performance or merit, which is deeply demotivating for employees who work hard and deliver results.
The constant pressure, fear-based leadership, and lack of psychological safety have a real impact on people’s health. Many employees become frequently ill or burned out due to ongoing stress. Concerns raised are not genuinely addressed, as management tends to protect one another rather than acknowledge or resolve issues.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their mental health, wellbeing, or professional growth.
