Pay, but bear in mind it's a 45 hr week. Great if you like sitting in your car all day.
Cons
I have no idea how this company still has any clients left. Planning is carried out by a team led by idiots who have no clue about efficiency, no interest in keeping travel to a safe minimum and don't even know or understand what the equipment is we're being sent to inspect. I could carry on but the reality is the old CEO who virtually banned any negative comment about his award winning planning team finally seemed to realise that he is losing well trained surveyors both experienced and with a few years experience to competitors at an alarming rate. This results in a company full of inexperience, just hiring anyone from the military who believes their bs, not a comfortable place to be in an industry where mistakes cost lives.
