Bad communication and no interest in employees careers - Carpenter BELFOR Group Employee Review

After working here for a while, I've noticed concurrent problems with communication. Things pop up last minute and you're left guessing on most jobs. There's little accountability and when things go wrong, leadership has the tendency to yell at everyone even if you're not at fault. Also, there is no training or any interest in making you better in order to advance your career. It feels like they are just using you and expecting the low pay to make up for it.
