Pros
Pay was decent if you don't mind travelling 90% of the time and not being able to enjoy it.
Cons
They do not care about their employees whatsoever. It is for this reason I believe that they make sure you sign an arbitration agreement in your new hire documents so you can't get justice against them when they break the law. My wife and I were working as a team on a video wall project for Sony in the middle of a major winter storm. Our car was literally snowed in, buried under 4 feet of snow with no way to shovel out of a hotel that did not have a plow service. When we finally were able to break free the next day, amid being treated like pieces of dirt because of course we control the weather and plowing services, we were paired up with an unruly obnoxious 3rd party at the job who was rife with attitude as well. This individual, we'll call him "Nick", was rude, cutting and using the most offensive language in front of and directed at my wife. After about an hour of his abusive and sexually-laced speech I yelled at him and threatened to take action if he did it again. He immediately ran off and called home office to tell on me like a 3 year old would. Long story short BDS not only fired me for coming to my wife's defense but they also fired my wife for having done absolutely nothing wrong but be sexually harassed. Of course upon speaking to an attorney he claimed the cae was not worth his time due to the arbitration agreement in place with BDS.
