Pros
Good location in Philly near some happy hour spots which is good since you’ll want to drink every night after working here.
Cons
Low paying, hard to live on the salary if you’re on your own, sexist, genuinely don’t care that the employees doing the most work are the least paid. Horrible/nonexistent training since they expect other employees who don’t have time and never got real training to train new people and they wonder why people leave. The system they use is super outdated & not from this century. Not many options to grow or get promoted and the rare times positions open up they will just pick someone for it instead of letting other employees interview and it’s usually never the best person for the job since they only promote family members or suckups instead of competent people. Management needs to be replaced
