      Pros

      I’ve been with BD a few years. Great benefits. Autonomous working. Great support and encouragement. Empowered to make your own decisions without fear.

      Cons

      Can be long hours when the role demands it. However this is a case of swings and roundabouts.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
